This is the privacy statement of Insight Call
Centre Services and its internet site www.insightccs.com.au
Insight Call Centre Services (InsightCCS) is a
private business providing call centre, phone answering, market research and data services. InsightCCS
also conducts
fundraising telemarketing for non-profit organizations.
InsightCCS respects your privacy. InsightCCS is bound by the Privacy Act 1988
and manages personal information under its control in accordance with the
National Privacy Principles as set out in Schedule 3 of the Privacy Act 1988.
This policy applies to the following
InsightCCS companies, namely, Insight Holdings Consolidated Pty Ltd (ACN 111
803 475) and Loughlin Pty Ltd (ACN 077 589 069), here together called
InsightCCS. This policy applies to our web site activities. Separate policies
apply to our work in fundraising and record management.
InsightCCS collects the
contact details of our business clients or prospective business clients, the
customer of our clients and people who contact us for information. We
also collect the contact details of other people we do business with. We only
use this business contact information for the business purpose for which it is
collected.
We do not currently collect personal information through our website. If for
any reason we do collect personal information (such as your email address)
through your use of our website, it will be collected and used for internal
purposes only unless otherwise stated.
When you visit our website or download information from it, our Internet
Service Provider makes a record of your visit and records the following
information: your Internet address, your domain name if applicable, the date
and time of your visit to the website, the pages you accessed and documents
downloaded, the previous website you have visited, and the type of browser you
are using. This information is only used for statistical and website

Any marketing efforts we undertake are targeted toward a business audience
only. Subject to your prior approval, InsightCCS may contact you to market our products
or services.
If you subsequently decide that you do not wish to receive information about
the products and services please contact us with your request to be removed
from our mailing list. We will use reasonable endeavours to remove your name within 14 days of receipt of notice.

InsightCCS maintains a
contact database in order to manage our dealings with you. InsightCCS takes
reasonable steps to protect any personal information we may collect from you
from misuse, loss, unauthorised access or change.

is collected. For example, when you contact us in order for us to provide you
with information about InsightCCS or answer a query you may have. You may
